Intersectional Leadership: A Fusion of Systemic Feminism, Neuroscience, and Complexity Science

This is Intersectional Leadership - a subversive leadership model that I developed that blends the understanding of power dynamics, neuroscience insights, and complexity science principles. Our collective quest is to build organizations whose values and vision for a more just world are made real without sacrificing profitability and growth.
Not coincidentally, power dynamics (especially systemic feminism), neuroscience, and complexity science are concepts missing from traditional leadership paradigms. It is almost like they didn’t want us to teach these things.

Dr. Lacayo’s journey as a CEO, Latina activist, lifelong feminist, immigrant, complexity scientist, systemic leadership expert, and mindset coach has shaped a unique perspective on what it takes to lead both your organization and a social change movement with astounding results. As a leader in the field of communication for social change, she knows firsthand what we can do if we tap into our collective power and learn the leadership skills that influence systems to evolve.
