You have done the inner work. You have built a career. You worked on yourself as a human and as a leader. You’ve reached a level of success. You give back to the community.
But you have the persistent feeling that you should be doing something more. This may be the seed of an idea nestled in the back of your mind. Or it may be a social injustice you think about every day but you don’t know where to start or what to do next. The discomfort and discontentment you may be feeling is an invitation to change something - yourself, the work you do, your community, your field/industry, or even the world.
This feeling is an invitation to shoot for the moon. And that’s why it won’t go away until you do something about it.
