Women from marginalized groups who serve as executives are being called to lead change in the world by transforming the dynamics of power within it. They know that traditional leadership approaches perpetuate controlling behavior, linear thinking, and systemic inequities, so they are committed to becoming what I call Intersectional Leaders.
Motivated by their personal stories, Intersectional Leaders are highly conscious executive women who have a calling to create a more just society. They are committed to developing the mindset and leadership skills to be catalysts for systemic change.
