Furthermore, I feel compelled to address a contentious topic often skirted in business circles: the formidable challenges conscious women leaders encounter within a leadership landscape still steeped in patriarchal, white supremacist, and greed-fueled ideologies. It's high time we scrutinize prevailing leadership norms that uphold predominantly male, Euro-centric power structures. These outdated models clash starkly with the values cherished by conscious women leaders—values such as wisdom, collaboration, empathy, inclusivity, and a steadfast commitment to prioritizing humanity above all else.
