It's high time we scrutinize prevailing leadership norms that uphold predominantly male, Euro-centric power structures. These outdated models clash starkly with the values cherished by conscious women leaders—values such as wisdom, collaboration, empathy, inclusivity, and a steadfast commitment to prioritizing humanity above all else.
