Dear community,
After three decades of working with women leaders from all over the world, I have come to a very clear conviction:
Conscious women leaders from traditionally marginalized groups are going to change the power structures of the world.
Women leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs from traditionally marginalized groups (women of color, LGBTQ+, and immigrants in particular) are uniquely positioned and motivated to take on system change: not only do we have a very different relationship with power but we also find traditional leadership paradigms and methods to be obsolete and even perpetuate the inequities we want to change.
But to bring about meaningful systemic change, we need to challenge and unlearn the belief systems that we have been socialized in and learn new ways of leading.
To coach and support women from historically marginalized groups who are CEOs, Executive Directors, or Founders committed to social justice and feel called to reshape traditional leadership and foster systemic change, I have launched an executive coaching program called The Intersectional Leader
The Intersectional Leader executive coaching combines all of my areas of expertise to provide the kind of support I see as essential to lead social change: my experience and perspective as a Latina activist and long-life feminist, my knowledge of complexity science, my expertise in communication for social change, and my background as a systemic leadership and mindset coach.

Unlike conventional executive coaching, the Intersectional Leader coaching experience focuses on systemic change. It blends feminism, neuroscience, and complexity science to elevate your social consciousness, impart crucial systemic leadership skills, and cultivate an "Indomable" mindset to effectively wield your authority and resources to foster profound change in your organization, field, and communities. This program is where conscious leadership meets systemic change without compromising profitability and growth.
Your intersectional leader coaching experience begins with an intimate 3-day immersive
April 4 - 6, 2024 in vibrant Austin, Texas. Although the ongoing coaching is private, this immersive brings together 4 - 8 intersectional leaders to leverage the group’s collective intelligence and power in a safe, expansive, and inclusive environment.
This immersive is designed to be intense, insightful, vulnerable, and transformative. Over the three days, you will be immersed in the foundational principles and concepts of the Intersectional leadership approach. We will blend direct learning, facilitated discussions, and insightful exercises, with plenty of time for self-reflection, connecting, and bonding with each other.
